I bought this for a 6-year old boy who LOVES robots. This toy is rated for older kids but I knew he would do what he could and totally get excited about it. His Dad helped build the robot in about 2 hours and he loved getting involved. The end result is a happy little boy! Definitely recommended...

The instruction is very good. I purchased other toys on Amazon before, most of them had unclear instructions or even errors. This is exceptionally good. Remote control works well too....

Bought this for my 6yo grandson. Though it said 8 and up I wanted something challenging for him. Everyday after school and his homework was done he would snap pieces together. Things he didn't understand he asked his mom or dad. They got into it also and loved building it together. On the fourth day he send me a video of it complete and playing with it. He wants another one for his brother, who's 10, so they can race each other and see who can do it better. Will looks for something for Christmas and it beats watching tv....

I bought this for one of my grandsons for Christmas. He loves robots, so I thought maybe he'd like to build this. He loved putting it together! If all STEM toys are this fun and educational, I think I'll buy a lot more for the kids. I would highly recommend it. Plus it's not expensive!...
