My wife was ecstatic when I found this for her. We had recently had a conversation with a friend about having these when she and my wife were children and how much they had enjoyed making pot holders with them. I purchased this item for my 7 year old grandson for a Christmas gift and he made his first potholder with my help. He is now making them on his own and wrapping them for gifts, He loves it. Sturdy, easy to use but I would suggest buying extra yarn....

I purchased this for my 4 year old niece who loves to craft. I sit and help her, but honestly after the first few weaves she got the process pretty well. The bands provided are nice and stretchy and the loom seems well made for the purpose....

My wife got this as an activity to do with our oldest granddaughter (4 yr old).She remembered making similar doilies when she was a kid and said this brought back great memories.The yard/fabric used is a good quality and even though the weaving platform is made of plastic, it was sturdy enough to hold up to multiple sessions with a 4 yr old.We see many more sessions in the future....

I made a bunch of these 10+ years ago as a kid, and even after a decade of use and wash they are still everyone's favorite potholders. I finally got a new kit to make some fresh ones! Was a big hit for Xmas. Great kit, has everything you need, and they'e easy/fun to make...

My son loved this! The loom is sturdy and the loops are colorful. The directions could be slightly easier to follow and it would be nice if there was a container to hold the crochet hol, weaving tool and extra loops along with the loom for the next project, but that's a minor issue....

I like this set! Even though the frame comes in pieces, once it's assembled it's really sturdy. It makes the same size potholders that the old-school kits from my childhood used to make.My kids love it and it's super easy to learn. Lots of loops come with it, too. We've made 6 or so and there's still enough for more. The case is cute and convenient....

I like making these potholders, and I like using them. The loom is durable, and they also include a weaving hook and a crochet hook for finishing the potholder edges. The loops are wonderful, as they'e cotton, and are available in many beautiful colors (you can order more). Most loops you find in craft stores are polyester. Like I would want to use polyester when lifting something hot! The potholders can also be used as trivets, and since they'e soft they don't mar your countertops....

I just got this because it reminded me of when I was a kid. It's made about the same except like everything else back then things were just made better. But by today's standards this one is fine. It's easy to use and has nice colors included. If you want some great childhood memories......or if you want to share a fun activity with a kiddo - this will always be a great choice to me....

I I bought this for my six-year-old granddaughter. She absolutely loved it her mother had to go buy her more yarn because now she's making Christmas gifts for everyone I guess grandpa knows what kind of gift he's going to get is Christmas. Very sturdy frame easy to figure out it is a great gift for a young child. Great activity for them on a rainy day. Great for beginners....
