This loom ticked so many boxes for a creative 8-year old girl. She said it was her favorite birthday present. Everything included in a nice, handled storage box. Beautiful colored loops (& a lot of them!). The loom itself appears to be substantial & sturdy. The instructions are clear & easily understandable. And it's not just for making potholders - instructions include how to make a purse, coin purse & other things. Very pleased with the quality & age appropriateness of this item. A great way to encourage creativity as well as hands-on activity. I highly recommend....

I've made one potholder already. I plan on making a lot more. A snowstorm this weekend will keep me cooped up inside with lots of fiber arts to choose from. Weaving is so much fun. These little potholders are fun to make....

This loom is very durable and my granddaughter loved using it. It also makes the best potholders. Very colorful and it will last for years. I have 3 that were made by my sons 35 years ago and still have them. Instructions were great. The loop is so much better than the old ones. They also include a crochet hook which is needed for finishing the potholder.....

It's summer and I have five kids who are driving me crazy, so I've been picking up toys and craft kits. This one has kept my 7-year-old busy for DAYS so far. It's a great set. The pegs are removable, the frame is durable, and the instructions were very approachable. The bands also feel really good, especially once the piece is done. Now my 11-year-old wants one! I also love the little carrying case it comes with. Can't recommend this one highly enough!...
