I'm a crafty adult and my mom got this kit for a couple years ago at Christmas just for fun. I ever mastered the woven potholder as a kid so I figured what the heck!It's an easy craft when you have some downtime and it always feels good to create something!The loom is incredibly sturdy and stands up to all the tugging.The loops come in beautiful colors and are easy to work with. They seem quite durable and never break. I the included hook works fine. One side for weaving and one for chrocheting. Some bloggers like a wooden hook. The pot holders I've made hold up to every day wear and tear and wash up nicely.Actually I think these pot holders are better than my over mitts! Perfect size for kids. Quality product. The loops that came with the kit are really so much better than hobby store ones. For potholders you should always use cotton loops. The nylon and synthetic ones can melt and cause burns. You get what you pay for. Really nice kit with heavy duty well made. loom, wire weaving tool, and crochet hook for help with finishing/ removing from loom. Clear written illustrated instructions. My granddaughters love it....

Sturdy high end loom. If you are buying for children to learn , this is the one to buy.

I was so excited to find this loom cause I had one 55 years ago when I was a kid. They aren't quite made the same anymore but it's the same premise for sure. I like this loom because after you assemble it and put in the little pegs it is pretty tough. If you have them pushed down really well you shouldn't have a problem with them pulling out. You do have to use the 4 corners that are included when you first put your frame together. There are 4 corners which reinforce each corner of the frame which is easy cause that is how they are made to come together. After a few uses without these corners and the ends kept popping up on me. Once you put that on they stay perfectly still. I really thought it was going to be too hard for my younger grandchildren but nope, they do it better than m...

I wanted my 7 year old granddaughter to try her hand at looming and making useful homemade items. She can do most of the looming with little supervision after completing one potholder except for the ending edges. She was proud of the final product. During the process I realized that she quickly picked up the pattern from the enclosed pamphlet. I highly recommend this looming and remember how I enjoyed the feeling of making the actual finished products by myself....

So much fun to make. Quality is excellent of loom and loops. Colors are brilliant. Sat and watched TV as I made several potholders for Christmas. Everybody loved them....

I wanted a simple craft project for my 93 year old father who has limited abilities now but a past filled with patient creativity. This loom seems to fill the bill. I chose it because his own father used to make rag rugs on an old fashioned loom, and I grew up admiring the weaving process along with my dad. This is the best small loom I could find and it is sturdy, convenient and pleasant to use. I bought extra fabric bands so he can experiment with color combinations and patterns. It has become a very pleasant pastime for home....

I used to make these as a kid and wanted to as an adult now so I purchased this. It comes with plenty of loops to make about 5-6 potholders, the loom is durable, good quality and it even comes with a cool little tool to help. (Didn't come with those when I was little) This is great for any age or anyone. The quality is fantastic and gives you many hours of fun....

Really well made. The loops stay on! Nice loom, and the cotton loops are so nice. High quality, they fit, and so soft they make you want to use your fingers not the hook! This is so worth the money. Get this. Not the cheapo plastic ones....

Really nice potholder loom

I used to love making these as a kid. As an adult, I enjoy using them. They are really good pot holder. I ordered this so I can show my daughter how to make them for gifts. The set is just the way I remember. It is easy to use and a good value. We will make a lot of gifts with this....
